Standards and privacy

Bring your experience to the discussion, respect different perspectives and keep private information out of shared conversations.

Review your WhatsApp profile and privacy settings before joining. Treat group discussion as a shared space, not a private support channel.
For account, payment, privacy, legal or security matters, contact OyaLinkup directly. Send only the information needed to explain the issue.
Make room for different experiences.
Describe what you have tried and what happened. Disagree with ideas without personal attacks, harassment or pressure.
Keep discussion relevant.
No scams, impersonation or unsolicited private messages. Do not post spam or promote unverifiable loans, grants, jobs or opportunities.
Keep credentials and records private.
Never request or share passwords, PINs, OTPs, recovery codes, card details or banking credentials. Hide customer names, phone numbers and private transactions in screenshots.
Ask before sharing.
Get permission before sharing another person's messages, images or business information. Follow the group rules and administrator guidance.
