Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid Daily Cashbook subscriptions provided by OYALINKUP LIMITED. It should be read with our Terms of Use.
Daily Cashbook includes a seven-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
2. Cancelling a Subscription
- You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge.
- Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a recurring subscription.
Use the subscription controls in Daily Cashbook or contact support before the next renewal date if you need help cancelling.
3. Refund Eligibility
We will review refund requests involving:
- A duplicate charge for the same subscription period
- An incorrect amount charged by OyaLinkup or our payment processor
- A successful charge where paid access was not provided because of a verified technical error
- A payment taken after a cancellation was confirmed before the renewal date
- Any other circumstance where a refund is required by applicable Nigerian law
Change-of-mind requests and unused time in an active billing period are generally not refunded or prorated, except where required by law. This does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Failed or Reversed Payments
A debit alert does not always mean a payment was successfully received. Failed or reversed transactions may be returned automatically by your bank or payment provider. We will work with Paystack to investigate a payment that remains unresolved.
Do not make a second payment until you have checked the payment status in Daily Cashbook.
5. Requesting a Refund
Contact us through the OyaLinkup contact page and provide:
- The phone number or email connected to your Daily Cashbook account
- The Paystack transaction reference
- The charge date and amount
- A short explanation and any relevant payment evidence
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and communicate the outcome after the payment has been verified. Approved refunds are returned through the available payment channel; bank and processor settlement times may vary.
6. Price Changes
We will provide reasonable notice before a price change affects a future renewal. A price change does not alter a billing period that has already been paid for.
